Exciting changes are happening with PrimeSite. More upgrades give you the following features:

  1. Your Site Settings page has been reworked and now shows all settings at once, still easily divided by section, but no longer requiring click to show those sections.
  2. Site Message has been reworked to act as "Special Site Content". This new function allows you to reclaim the space below a left-hand menu. You have the same content control as your Site Pages, including links, text formatting, images, etc. Use this area for special offers, brand images, etc. On horizontal menu settings, this content appears just above your footer.
  3. Each page now features a "Print Friendly Version" link (little printer). This opens a new page that is optimized for printing, and you don't have to do anything extra to enable it.
  4. The content editor software has been updated. Most of the features are the same, but we've hidden features that are rarely used.
  5. There are now 4 "Page Modes" (instead of Page Visibility). Menu Page (Shown in Menu), Sub Page (Hidden in Menu), Custom Page Shown (for Advanced Layouts) and Custom Page Hidden. While the first two are the same as you've been used to, Custom Page Shown allows you to create an entirely unique and custom home page for your site (different from your other pages), while Custom Page Hidden allows you the same full control for e-Newsletter pages, but of course do not show within the menu.
  6. Manage Colors now opens on the same Site Settings page in a frame rather than opening in a new window. More Menu/Footer "tiles" can be found in the Menu Background pull-down menu, moved from Manage Colors.
