If you've received reports that senders are receiving errors while trying to send you mail, most likely they are the cause of the following two issues. To rectify them, you'll first need to log into your webmail server at:
https://email.email.secureserver.net/login.php (or http://email.yourdomain.com) ...and use your email address and password to log in.
You have full remote control of your email box and settings, and will also allow you to rectify the following issues:
1. Mailbox Full (sender receiving mailbox full notifications)
If your mailbox is full your senders will receive a notification returned to them stating so. If they send you an email attachment in excess of 5MB, they may also receive the same notification. You can remove mail or download mail from your webmail access. Remember to "purge" your trash when finished to reclaim that space.
You should also insure that your mail client (Outlook, Eudora, Netscape, etc) is set to remove messages from the server when you check your mail. This will avoid cluttering up your mail box on the server.
2. Corrupt Mail Message (causing your mail to download over and over)
If you attempt to download your mail and it stops and starts over again, there is a good chance a corrupt mail message is causing the problem. Log into your webmail and save off any necessary messages or attachments, then delete ALL the messages in your mailbox. Remember to "purge" your trash when finished to reclaim that space.
