FAQ: I can't log into my PrimeSite account...

If you are having difficulty logging in to your PrimeSite account, try the following:
Insure that your browser security is not set too high. While you probably won’t need to accept ALL cookies, you may get by with high enough to still allow you to log in. Although the PrimeSite system does not use official "cookies", we use Session variables to keep track of our users’ identities while working with the system, and these may be affected by that setting.
Browsers other than the standard Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari and Firefox may experience difficulty with the way the login process works. If you have a browser other than these listed here and are experiencing problems, feel free to contact us to see about a fix or remedy for you.
